Commissioned by the Environment Agency for two new pedestrian bridges in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, as part of flood alleviation works.

On the walkway side of the panels cast gunmetal panels were installed. Designed by 6th form art students from Todmorden High School. These reflect riverside themes.

The four panels created represent local involvement in the project. These include: the Flood Wardens, Todmorden Pride, Roomfield House and Todmorden Riverside Improvement Group.
